Do I have to register to post an ad?
Yes. You do need to register to post an ad.

Do I have to pay to post an ad?
Yes. You must pay to post certain ads such as Jobs, Real Estate, and Promote/Locate a Business. All other posts are free.

How do I post an ad?
Posting is easy. Simply follow the instructions below:

1/ Be sure to Login. After the login, choose your selected State/City before posting the ad.
2/ Click "Post Ad" at the top of all the pages.
3/ Chose a category.
4/ Enter a title, price (if applicable), and description. You have the option of uploading up your photos and/or videos and entering your address.
5/ Then enter your email address and click the "Post Your Ad" button.
6/ Then edit the following information asked on the paypal payment page(promote/Locate a business, Jobs, Real Estate, and Homepage Gallery). Paypal page will not apear for other ads being that they are free.
7/ Finally, check your email for a message. Click the "Post Confirmation" link in that email and your ad will appear on the site.

IMPORTANT: If you post an ad on the wrong location(charged/non-charged category,it will be deleted and there will not be a refund.

What are the posting rules?
1/ No duplicate ads
We only allow one ad for a particular item/ job/ flat etc per day. Please do not post the same ad more than once on a particular day either in the same category or across multiple categories. Any duplicate ads will be removed.
2/ Post in the correct category
Please post in the correct category as it helps both posters in reaching the right audience with their ad and helps the users looking for something to find what they want.
3/ No links to other classified/ property/ dating/ job websites
Please do not put a link in your posting to an ad on another website(unless the site supports your ad).

We reserve the right to remove any postings that we feel are not relevant, or of value to the our community, with or without notice.

How can I include images / videos in my ad?
1/ Images
When you are on the "Post Ad" or "Edit Ad" page, click the "Browse..." button which appears under the Images heading. Select a picture file from your computer\\'s hard disk and click "OK". The picture will then be uploaded and attached to your Ad. You can add up two pictures using the same process. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words !
2/ Videos(Coming soon)
When you are on the "Post Ad" or "Edit Ad" page, enter the YouTube URL of your video. The video will then appear automatically in your ad. Remember a video is worth ten thousand words !

How can I edit, repost or delete my ad from the site?
If you are a registered user, then you can edit or delete your ad from your manager. If you aren\\'t a registered user, find your "Posting Confirmation" email from Inikiti. This email will have links to edit or delete your ad.

How long do ads last on the site?
Ads are automatically removed from the site 30 days after being posted.

I have been a victim of a scam/ I suspect a scam what should I do?
First off, we advise that you read the Avoid Scams/Fraud articles from the "To Read List" section of the home page to help you to take accurate steps to avoiding such dangers. It also supplies the contact information you need to file a complaint or a report. Also, you can report it to us so that we can take a look and take appropriate action. If you have been a victim of a serious scam, we also encourage you to report it to the Police.

What should I do if I see an ad that I think is spam, offensive, miscategorized or illegal?
If you see an ad which you think is illegal, prohibited or otherwise a bad fit for the site, please report it by clicking one of the "Reporting this ad" links. Illegal Ads can also be reported by contacting us using the "Report illegal/infringing ad".

What are Homepage Gallery ads?
Homepage Gallery ads are ads that appear in the special section at the top of the homepage. More people read and reply to these ads because of their prominent position on the first page of your site. Homepage Gallery ads require the payment of a small fee.

What are the benefits of Homepage Gallery ads?
Homepage Gallery ads appear in a special section. This section appears at the top of the Hoempage for 10 or 12 days. Homepage Gallery ads get more visitors and more replies than other ads. This helps you sell an item quicker, get more exposure for your service, and so on. As well, ads that are Homepage Gallery ads continue to appear within the regular category and search listings after your ad is no longer a Homepage Galley ad.

My ad was deleted. Will my fees be reimbursed?
Promote/Locate a business, Jobs, Real Estate, Homepage Gallery ads fees are non-refundable. If you have deleted your ad or if the ad was deleted for violating the site policies, then the fees paid for Homepage Gallery ads will not be refunded.

How can i be assured that i am safe from malware if i click on the links on the "website" category?
We have provided a link to a anti-malware website which helps you submit the desired website you would like to visit by copying the link and pasting it on the box shown for a free scan. Once scanned, the site will infrom you in a few seconds whether the site is safe or not. From there based on info you\\'ve received, you can visit site on your own consent.

What items are PROHIBITED for posting?
-Child pornography or anything obscene/offensive
-Alcohol or Tobacco products
-Offer or solicitation of illegal prostitution
-Weapons and related items, including but not limited to firearms, disguised, undetectable or switchblade knives, martial arts weapons, scopes, silencers, ammunition, ammunition magazines, BB guns, tear gas or stun guns.
-Fireworks, including but not limited to "safe and sane" fireworks or any destructive devices or explosives.
-Items issued to United States Armed Forces that have not been disposed of in accordance with Department of Defense demilitarization policies.
-Controlled substances or illegal drugs, substances and items used to manufacture controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
-Prescription drugs and medical devices, including but not limited to prescription or contact lenses, defibrillators, hypodermic needles or hearing aids.
-Nonprescription drugs that make false or misleading treatment claims or treatment claims that require FDA approval
-Personal ads that are adult in nature(nudity).
-Blood, bodily fluids or body parts.
-Any purchasing or selling of any other animals another than dogs, cats, cage birds or anything that is not considered a household pet.
-Test-taking services in which someone takes an exam for someone else.
-Academic paper-writing services providing custom/pre-written these, dissertations, etc.
-Pet animal parts, blood, or fluids - including but not limited to stud/breeding service.
-Restricted or regulated plants and insects, including but not limited to noxious weeds, endangered plant species, or live insects or pests.
-Counterfeit products or replicas.
-Pesticides or hazardous substances, or items containing hazardous substances including but not limited to contaminated toys, or art or craft material containing toxic substances without a warning label.
-Illegal telecommunications equipment, including but not limited to access cards, password sniffers, access card programmers and unloopers, or cable descramblers.
-Stolen property, or property with serial number removed or altered.
